We know schedules change. Here’s how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds work for Miss MBA Tutor sessions.
1. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session free of charge if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled start time. Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellations

3. If We Need to Cancel
If Miss MBA Tutor needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session (for example, due to illness or an emergency), you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to a new time, whichever you prefer.
4. Session Packs
Custom multi-session packs are non-transferable and are intended to be used within the timeframe agreed at booking. Unused sessions in a pack may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion, minus any sessions already delivered.
5. How to Request a Reschedule or Refund
Email missmbatutor@gmail.com or use the contact details on your booking confirmation as early as possible. We’ll respond promptly and work with you to find a fair solution.
