These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Miss MBA Tutor website and tutoring services provided by Ellesa (“we,” “us,” “our tutor,” “Miss MBA Tutor”). By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Miss MBA Tutor provides private, one-on-one online tutoring in business, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, and related MBA and undergraduate business subjects. Sessions are delivered live, online, and are scheduled through our booking platform.
2. Academic Integrity & Honor Code
Our tutoring is designed to help you understand concepts and build problem-solving skills — not to complete graded work on your behalf. You are responsible for following your own school’s academic integrity policy, honor code, and any rules about outside assistance. We do not knowingly help a student submit tutor-completed work as their own, and we reserve the right to decline any request that appears to violate academic integrity standards.
3. Booking & Payment
- Sessions are booked through our scheduling platform and billed at the rate listed on our website at the time of booking.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Custom session packs are quoted individually and are subject to their own agreed terms.

5. No Guarantee of Grades or Outcomes
While we work hard to help you understand course material and improve your confidence, we cannot guarantee any specific grade, test score, or academic outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, your coursework, and your institution’s grading standards.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your coursework, assignments, and personal circumstances as confidential and will not share them with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., our scheduling provider) or as required by law.
7. Conduct
We ask that all sessions be conducted respectfully. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone who is abusive, engages in academic dishonesty, or otherwise misuses the service.
8. Intellectual Property
Any original materials, examples, or explanations we create for you during tutoring are provided for your personal study use. Course materials, textbooks, and assignments remain the property of your institution or publisher.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miss MBA Tutor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our tutoring services, including but not limited to academic outcomes, missed deadlines, or disciplinary action by your institution.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Miss MBA Tutor operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
